Services Offered: We offer graphic design services that include but are not limited to logo design, branding, packaging design, social media design, and website design.

Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to initiate the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. All prices are in USD.

Revisions: We offer a certain number of revisions based on the specific package or service selected. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

Intellectual Property: All design concepts and materials developed by us during the project are the property of our clients. We reserve the right to use designs created for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality: We will keep all client information and project details confidential and will not share them with any third party.

Cancellation: If the client cancels the project before completion, the deposit is non-refundable. If the client cancels after completion but before final payment, We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client fails to make payments or breaches the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from errors or omissions in the design work provided.

Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the work is undertaken.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
